We recommend from our experiences, that any disaster response vehicle should be able to carry 4 people including trained driver to manage the range of communications needed for the situation.
This concept allows the C3S2 (Vehicle) to enter the emergency area very swiftly and provide an immediate communications system even if the terrain is rugged or difficult to access. The C3S2 creates robust backbone link to the control centre within no time and enables various communication platforms which are interface over IP network via VPN.
